This picture shows many of the different countries in the world, and represents the different cultures associated with those countries.
What is Culture?
Culture is, as defined by www.livescience.com, "the characteristics of a particular group of people, defined by everything form language, religion, cuisine, social habits, music, and arts. It is the way a certain group of people live and act, and everything they're used to doing. For example, Scottish people are very superstitious and used charms, chants, and rituals to ward off evil, while the Spanish believe more in luck and are the third biggest gamblers in the world (Sheila Livingstone, Edward F. Stanton). Each country has it's own food preferences, music, customs, and culture.
Although many times culture is classified by country, it is also classified by religion. For example, if two people are from the same country but one is Jewish and the other Christian, their cultures will be slightly different. These two people, though the same age and living in the same country, would celebrate completely different holidays and have different foods. Also, in many different countries there are Muslims. Although they do not live together, they still have the same culture due to their religion ("Customs and Behavior | Tips on how to Behave in Muslim Countries"). Certain religions have their own songs, beliefs, and ways of living.
